Reiki
Reiki helps in all stages of pregnancy, including conception, childbirth, and postpartum. It provides emotional and physical support for the mother and baby and helps increase the love link between both, filling their hearts and souls with Universal Love. Clinical studies have shown that Reiki during pregnancy improves sleep for 86% of recipients, reduces pain for 78%, reduces nausea for 80% and reduces anxiety for 94%.
We live in a world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living things. When this energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us, and we experience a sense of well being. During your intuitive energetic healing session, you may be guided through visual imagery, and breathing exercises. Session may be hands on or off, depending on your preference. I incorporate sound & crystal healing while balancing your chakras & energetic field, and will share with you any intuitive messages received after your session.
